Wunderman takes the crown for the second successive year  

Campaign has announced its selection of 2018’s best agencies and Wunderman is thrilled to be named Campaign’s Customer Engagement Agency of the Year for the second year in a row. Piping the likes of MRM McCann, Proximity, Rapp and TMW Unlimited to the post, the judges said Wunderman's work in 2018 clearly illustrates "a dual focus on tech and creative".

In 2018, Wunderman’s “Year of the Client”, the focus for CEO Pip Hulbert was effectively embedding new accounts and growing existing business. This resulted in expanding Wunderman’s relationships with Shell, BT and GSK – winning a coveted spot on Shell’s ‘Agency of the Future’ roster and being named the lead WPP digital agency for GSK’s oral care division. In fact, last year Wunderman achieved twenty-three percent growth across all clients. New client wins came in the form of Bose, Selfridges and Panadol.

Wunderman were also shortlisted by Campaign in the New Business Development Team of the Year and Talent Management Team of the Year categories.

The judges were unanimous in saying Wunderman offers "strong work with real insight & creativity at the heart" as well as showing a "clear exerted push to build and invest in internal culture".
