Mark Taylor, Wunderman’s former Chief Marketing Technology Officer, delivered the keynote address at the Forrester Consumer Marketing conference in Barcelona, November 2007. His remarks encapsulate the essentials of “customer centricity” and how we think and work at Wunderman.
