Penny Baldwin

As President and CEO of Wunderman San Francisco, Penny has added no less than 7 new clients ranging from Hitachi to Symantec. She was most recently President of Arnold Worldwide San Francisco. Her experience runs the full gamut of direct marketing, interactive and advertising communications.
A Bay Area native, Penny began her advertising career at O&M Direct, working on Pacific Bell, Wells Fargo, DHL, American Express, Hertz and Chemlawn. She became Director of Client Disciplines in 1991 for O&M Direct/West. Clients included Microsoft, Intel, AAAA Southern California and Bay Cable. At Ogilvy, Penny led marketing strategy and the development of integrated communications campaigns. In 1994, Penny joined McCann-Erickson as SVP, Director of Communications Planning, and went on to become SVP, Executive Group Director on the agency's global high-tech and telecommunications accounts. A member of McCann's Executive Committee, she received the prestigious HK McCann award granted to the top 25 agency performers in the world.
For the last four years running, Penny has been named among the Bay Area's top 100 women in business, according to the San Francisco Business Times.
