The Challenge
In 2007 Jaguar came to us with a key business problem around data; their problem wasn't a lack of data but the lack of visibility and digestibility of the pieces of key data. Reporting and analysis was disparate and there was a disconnect in terms of the key reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that were being shared around the company.

The Solution
Our solution was to move Jaguar from Static to Dynamic information delivery by designing and building a bespoke knowledge toolkit called LAMP (Learning and Monitoring Predictor).

Jaguar LAMP is a knowledge tool to evaluate marketing activities, enable better decision making and improve marketing performance. It reports on key marketing indicators, shows the health and effectiveness of marketing and is a consolidated view across all key metrics areas.

The Result
The LAMP is now seen as a critical business decision-making tool within the Jaguar team (up to executive level management). The key results that have defined success are:

- Changing the way in which the senior team understand the key metrics that inform them about their business

- Being utilised across senior management as a key business decision-making tool

- Evolving as the Jaguar business evolves by including new metrics areas and bespoke analysis
