The Solution
We established an organisation that tendered directly for new Ford
Fleet customers, operated a vehicle sourcing system to source the
right vehicle at the right time, developed a comprehensive customer
service programme and provided the back office function to manage
the administration and reporting.
The Result
Not only did we take the strain for Ford through the development of
a multi-skilled sales operations department with expertise of
technical writing, systems, product and process combined with a
total customer service offering, we also process orders for around
20,000 vehicles a year, making us one of Ford's top ordering
sources.
