shop.adidas uses faceted navigation to allow consumers to shop any
way they like - by brand, by use or by type of clothing. Once
they've seen what they're interested in they can explore any
product by zooming in for a closer look, examining it from a
variety of different angles or even seeing it in context on a
model.
The Result
The e-store has proven a huge success for adidas and is
now being rolled out globally. It's already generating incremental
income in the UK, USA, France and the Netherlands.
