The Brief:
Promote the core concept “music connects us” via a viral Internet campaign to help young consumers connect to this aspect of the Nokia brand.

The Campaign:
We created a new way of mixing sounds using only mobile phones and tapped into the expertise of the five most famous DJs in Brazil to do it! Armed with a mobile phone plugged directly into a loudspeaker, the DJs mixed the loops they had previously recorded on the phones to create unique new songs, live. Then, the action was posted on YouTube and hundreds of blogs.

The Success:
The videos won over 50,000 views on YouTube. What’s more, customers have taken the “music connects us” concept to heart: They’ve begun using their Nokia phones to upload Mob Jams of their own.
