User Experience Consultant

Working in a cross-disciplinary team, the User Experience Consultant is responsible for creating and specifying a user-centric experience. The delivery of this work includes: Working with the Planning team and client stakeholders to understand the client’s business, target audience and requirements, working with the Creative team to define the user experience strategy and concepts. Specifying the information architecture and content requirements.
Creating documentation (e.g. annotated wireframes, sitemaps, process flows) that fully describes the structure and functionality of the recommended solution, so it can be picked up by an external build partner.
Presenting your work to client stakeholders. Ensuring deliverables meet specified deadlines and level of quality. Flagging project risks and issues and providing solutions and/ or escalating where appropriate. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years industry experience, solid experience of designing large CMS driven websites and digital experiences across a variety of platforms.
