Microsoft has always been and always will be a partner-led company. To help partners grow their business, skills and opportunities, Microsoft wanted to create a digital programme where partners could be taken through an educational journey of Microsoft Cloud Solutions.
Inspired by Partner Next, an Australian partner communication programme, Wunderman worked with Microsoft UK to create custom-built, digital programmes designed as a fast track to help partners get started with Microsoft Cloud Services, becoming a profitable Microsoft Partner and growing their Cloud business. Teaming up with Marketo’s marketing automation technology, Wunderman created personal nurture journeys, guiding partners through different Microsoft solutions, helping them advance to the next stage of their journey to the Microsoft Cloud.
Launched early 2017, Partner Next UK has 900 UK partners signed up, with emails achieving over 65% open rates and up to 34% click to open ratio.
