Bill Manfredi

Bill Manfredi is responsible for leading Wunderman's global human resources capability that supports the agency's strategic and operational needs. Bill has a strong sense of what clients around the world need and what the best talent looks for from an employer. Therefore, he consistently matches the best people in the business with the accounts that enable both to thrive. Together, with his Global Talent Management team, Bill has created an industry-leading talent management system that fosters employee growth and the building of global careers. Wunderman University, the only employer-based learning program to win an award from the DMA, is just part of the offering.
Before Wunderman, Bill was with Ernst & Young Consulting as global human resources vice president, where he built a global resource function to support the company's US investment in worldwide member firms, created human resource global shared services and provided the infrastructure and strategic support in all new global ventures. Previously, he was with CSC Consulting and Sprint International and established internal recruiting processes, developed global recruitment programs, established worldwide staffing networks and developed and implemented competency models to ensure selection of world-class candidates for key positions. Bill cut his teeth in the business with many rewarding years at IBM Corporation, where he held the positions of director of HR programs, Asia/Pacific Group, Tokyo; director Division Headquarters and marketing brand office management.
